Tin Pan Jerk

$12.50

This is a good convenience blend. Easy to use on beef, pork, chicken or seafood. Warm, spicy, full of aroma. We are in Texas so the first place this was tried- as a rub! 3 tablespoons of olive oil, 2 tablespoons of seasoning on a 4# loin rubbed it on and let is sit for an hour in the refrigerator, then in the covered grill to roast.

Recipe: Tin Pan Jerk Chicken Add 1 to 2 Tablespoons of seasoning to 2 tablespoons of olive oil and mix. Generously rub mixture all over and under the skin of the skin of a cut up chicken (We like to use chicken thighs).  Bake in at 450 until internal temperature reaches 165-175 degrees F.  We squeeze a bit of lime over the chicken garnish with fresh parsley or cilantro and serve.
