Texas Camper's Rub
If you are cooking beef on the grill or the bbq, this is the one spice to put in your kit. It has the foundations of Pepper, Salt, Chili and Garlic and basic herbs as well. Great to make a crust and excellent to add in. When we smoke beef this seasoning is probably hanging around on one piece of beef or another and maybe a chicken thigh or two. Not going to lie!
This is not a salt free blend and when using as a seasoning and not a rub, use with a cautious hand. So get shakin' or rollin' or patting it on. This one is for our fellow TexMex and beef lover's
