We have established the fact here at Tin Lizzy Spice Company we DO play with our food. Especially, we play with our spices. This blend was developed to put a bit of heat on our potatoes. Just add a 1 teaspoon or so with 3 tablespoons of olive oil. Coat fries (we use a bowl or a Ziplock bag to shake in) before baking in a single layer on a cookie sheet at 425 until crisp.
Spicy Shrimp: Add1 TBL Butter, 2 TBL Olive Oil to a hot skillet, add a pile of cleaned shrimp (about a pound) and 1 Tablespoon of this seasoning sauté until shrimp turns pink. We serve with our Spanish rice garnished with fresh cilantro.
