This is a fun blend, add 1 TBL of blend to a pound of protein. It is not just for beef.

Fish Tacos Recipe:  Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place fish filets on baking sheet. Sprinkle with seasoning blend. Bake fish for around 20-25 minutes or until done.  Flake fish or chop in bite size chunks and spoon into warmed corn or flour tortillas (we use street taco size). We garnish with chopped avocado, shredded slaw, a squeeze of lime and drizzled with a cream sauce (a teaspoon of our Southwest Dip seasoning mixed into a 1/2 Cup sour cream and a 1/2 Cup mayonnaise).
