So-Lo Sicilian
A soft earthy, woodsy, sweet peppery blend. Full of flavor backed by a bit of heat from one of our signature chili powders. We love mixing this blend in our bread doughs, on top of pizzas, or mixed with grated hard cheese on top of focaccia.
Another favorite is on fish of all kinds. Allow 1 tbl of mixture to a one pound mix of bread dough. Or 1 Tbl per pound of meat/fish.
