Like it's salty cousin, this blend has elements of the Mediterranean with a sweet pungent. a hint of anise and an earthly herbal backbone. Though salt free it is excellent on bread, vegetables We typically pair this blend with tomato-based sauces, or with vegetables. We suggest adding this to butter and using on baked potatoes as well!
To Use: 1 TBL a pound for meats. 2 tsp per 2 cups rice. 1 tsp per pound of vegetables. Works on just about anything.
