Red Fish seasoning is one of our favorite family blends rooted from our years in the Pacific Northwest. The smell of alderwood is present in this blend. Use this blend to rub on fish as a dry rub for baking, grilling or cooking in a skillet.
Brush fish with olive oil or butter, season with 1 TBL per pound of seafood. A family favorite is place a filet of salmon on foil, top with pats of butter, a couple of tablespoons of seasoning, & slices of fresh lemon. Wrap the foil around the fish as a packet and pop on the grill cook until steaming.
