Reminiscent of our times in the Pacific Northwest, this blend is full of the smells of Alder wood, garlic, peppery and woodsy herbs. It is our favorite for steak and salmon. However!!! This blend screams steak.
Recipe: Burgers Al-La-Tim Mix 2 tbl of seasoning with 1 pound ground pork & 1 pound ground beef. Mix in 1 egg and either oatmeal or crushed rice Krispies. Shape into 1/3-pound burgers. Tim either smokes them in the smoker or cooks them on the grill for a quick dinner.
