To Make Slowcooker Kalua Pork. 3-6 pounds of Pork Shoulder Roast, 1 package of Kalua Pork seasoning, I head cabbage or well rinsed collard greens (we cheat and use canned) 3 TBL of wheat free Liquid Smoke and 1 TBL Tamari (wheat free soy). Rub the seasoning all over roast (add a bit of olive oil for a more even spread of spice) Add to the crock pot and pour liquid smoke on top of meat. Set on low for 8 hours. Chop cabbage or collards and add to meat. Cook an additional hour. Remove meat from bone and shred with 2 forks.
