Lemon Herb Pepper is from our many years spent in the central valley of California where this unique blend began. Island Ginger is an aromatic blend from the Caribbean which works well on fish and other mild flavored proteins. Hawiian Seafood is incredible in making traditional Hawaiian garlic shrimp.
