Chinese Five Spice
A staple in our kitchen. Like all of our seasonings it has our own twist a tiny taste of Texas. We love the licorice flavor tones and the earthiness of fennel, cloves and other aromatics. It is a good blend to rub on a roast on its own or add to a bit of honey and butter to make a beautiful glaze for other baked meats. As with any of our blends this seasoning is fun to play with.
