Don’t like curry? Well, this isn’t one of those curries. This is a seasoning blend. Try it! You won’t ever think this is an English curry blend. There are a few common spices in our blend but the rest….shhhhh, it is a secret!
Use about 2 teaspoons per pound of whatever you are cooking. With Fish and other lighter flavors reduce the amount for each subsequent pound
