As with many of the nations around the globe in the tropics, this blend has pepper, plenty of peppers so it should be used with a light hand. That being said this is a wonderful meat seasoning. Recipe: Place 1 tablespoon of seasoning in a gallon bag add three tablespoons of olive, drop in a 3 lb Pork loin and marinade 30 minutes. Roast in the oven at 350 degrees until internal temperature reaches 155-160 degrees.
